Wild Yoga Nidra Audio - Highland River

FREE Audio Download.  In invite you to journey with me in Yoga Nidra, the practice of conscious sleep and deep rest.  Recorded at the river in Glen Strae near Loch Awe in the Scottish Highlands.  This deep relaxation practice uses the sound of the river and energy of the location to help you come home to your self and rejuvenate. There is nothing to do, just make some space, get comfy and settle down with my voice.

This is a 23 minute body-based relaxation practice that invites the light and flow of moving water to soothe your body and mind.  Deep rest restores your energy, creativity and inspiration.  Nidra is a great way to align with more of yourself, with each season and can be a daily practice.  You can do it in the morning, the middle of the night, if you wake up too early, after lunch or at bedtime, pretty much anytime!
