One event per month in Feb, Mar, April and May. Meet me on Zoom or download the replay and I will guide you into rest and to cherish the stages of spring and support all of yourself. 

Yoga Nidra means conscious sleep and is a guided restorative relaxation practice with ancient Indian roots. Conscious rest is healing and powerful and there's no need to do it alone. We will be in a circle of belonging. Simply settle down and listen to my voice and allow the medicine of conscious awareness to flow.
